You're the Voice

You're The Voice

By the end of the day you should have a solid understanding of how the human voice actually works and the basis of all effective vocal technique.  Delivered in a fun, relaxed manner, we’ll combine practical exercises with invaluable, no nonsense information.

Attending this course should be a must for anyone wanting to use or develop their singing voice and is a precursor to all the other Music Works vocal courses.

This is a group workshop and you will be expected to sing and perform exercises as a group.  No one will be expected to sing solo or in front of the rest of the group on this course if they don’t wish to.

We will be covering:-

  • How Your Voice Actually Works
  • The Basis Of All Healthy Vocal Technique
  • Posture, Poise, Breath Control, Co-ordinated Phonation, Articulation & Resonance
  • How You And Others Really Perceive Your Voice
  • What It Means To Be A Great Singer In Todays World
